Blight

Blights are cursed reflections of Pacts, wrought by Nihilos from the remains of destroyed Godheads. Each Blight requires a Minor Merit to pursue.
Blight
History
Whispers lead to ‘The Stranger,’ of ‘The Night-Father,’ of Nihilos, the would-be devourer as the progenitor of all Blights. But just as Nihilos made its attempt to devour the Godheads, it permeated those who had fallen and created Blights– a contingency; a way for its influence to continue forth. Nihilos twisted the Pacts of dead– of failed– gods, creating reflections thereof, bent in his influence.
All Blighted well be induced into Alítheia; this is inescapable.
Purpose
The purpose behind each Blight is dubious, but as a whole, they are meant to spread Nihilos' influence through the corruption of sapient entities. For more information, please see the individual pages below.

Devorari are vampires who abuse or siphon the Aether found in the blood of living things for terrible deeds. See Devorare. |

Scourges are curse mages who sacrifice their vitality to manipulate the ashes of death or weave terrible afflictions. See Scourge. |

Rusalka are afflicted with immense desire, leeching the passions of others to bolster their own dark charisma. See Rusalka. |

Nightwalkers are souls maligned with therianthropy, periodically bursting with wild fervor as werebeasts. See Nightwalker. |
