Introduction
A traditional and spiritual people, elves, or 'Ælves' as they refer to themselves, draw upon fonts of great power to sustain their lives far longer than other mortal races, with the Æld'Norai being truly ageless.

Origins
The ælves were once a conclave of Sidhe Fae exiled from their homeland, stripped of their Glamour by the Fae Courts. Their souls were further saolbound to Ældrassil, a great tree at the center of the Myrkvior mountain range in a bid to regain their immortality. In time, the Æld'Norai leaders - the Ældar'i - exiled factions of their own kin; those they captured, they flesh-wove into the first humans. Rebels who escaped the Ælfblood Cleansing became the Cor'Norai and Jin'Norai.
