Errata
  • Behaviors: Ghrian provides entities or objects with a notable resistance to light and blinding glare, aiding in one’s resistance to demoralizing effects. Nairhg instead imparts weakness to the various forms of light while casting a light of its own.
  • Ghrian works against the mundane harms of superheated light, but not any secondary magical effects living within it.
  • Artificial light with Ghrian such as a Paladin’s Luxium Hardlight or the kind produced by Alchemists is much more difficult to manipulate with spells / effects except by its creator.
  • Ghrian may be overwhelmed by excessive amounts of light, or high temperatures of such. As a rule of thumb, thrice-casted Intensify of the tier one is immune to will begin to harm an entity or object with this Cantrip.
  • Nairhg must still touch an opponent directly to confer its weakness effects; the light itself only blinds and illuminates.
  • Ghrian / Nairhg affects the plasma beams, but not the flame or electricity of Fulgur.

Ridhinne Objects, Entities, and performances involving this Ridhinne confer a subtle sense of hope to those whose morals align with an Entity’s beliefs or those imparted during an Object’s creation when beheld, good or bad. Tools such as paint brushes might be combined into sets of many different morals, essentially painting with axioms in the literal sense.
Novice Novice-tier Intensify or similar spells and mundane, harmful events utilizing light and focused beams feel negligible. Entities are not affected by Novice-tier spells and hallucinations meant to demoralize them. Objects are somewhat more reflective.
Apprentice Confers immunity to harm from Novice-tier Intensify or similar spells and mundane, harmful events utilizing light and focused beams. Entities are not affected by up to Apprentice-tier spells and hallucinations meant to demoralize them. Objects are noticeably more reflective.
Journeyman Confers immunity to harm from up to Apprentice-tier Intensify or similar spells and mundane, harmful events utilizing light and focused beams. Entities are not affected by up to Journeyman-tier spells and hallucinations meant to demoralize them. Objects are 1.5x as reflective as they would otherwise be.
